„PAW” Sp. z o.o. was established in 1994 and is seated in Suchy Las k. Poznania. It is a private company that operates basing on a high level of organisational culture underlain by family relations. It is a member of PLMA (Private Label Manufacturer Association).
In a short time, the company became one of the biggest domestic producers and obtained a significant position in the line of business, producing high-quality printed paper napkins.  It has extended its assortment and included table decoration articles in its offer: lanterns, decorative matches, ceramic lantern holders,  cork mats,  napkin & candle sets and Fine Bone China mugs. In recent time, the company has expanded its distribution profile on the packing line of industry and included decorative packages in its offer: gift packing paper, metallised paper, printed bags in 6 sizes, exclusive printed bags, decorative boxes.

The endorsement of our success are numerous prizes and titles that we receive every year. Our achievements include among others:  Złota Villa 2007 award in the category “The Firm of the Year” and Złota Villa 2007 award in the category “Table Decoration”. The title of the winner of „Gazelles of Business” 2006 contest organised by Puls Biznesu, which awards prizes to the most dynamically developing enterprises. The title of The Market Leader 2006 in the category “Product- Printed Napkins”.

The vision that has accompanied us for years is to develop a company that would be present on all continents. Year after year, we expand our network of distributors. In connection with the dynamic development, we have established an affiliated company  in Germany, which is a distribution company serving German-speaking countries. Thanks to that, we guarantee our customers more efficient sale and after-sale service, faster access to information and delivery punctuality.

The dynamic growth of our company made it necessary to carry out deep restructuring of the same. In order to adjust ourselves to requirements of our customers as regards the quality of the goods offered, efficient customer service, shorter delivery time as well as  efficient planning, control and production processes, we developed a draft of changes that resulted in dividing the firm into the production department located at the existing registered office of the company and sales & logistics department, which was transferred to the newly established logistics centre in Złotniki- 1 km away from the head office. The introduced changes let us improve logistic processes, quality of the services offered by us, which in turn resulted in a higher number of carried out orders.
